Wellness Wednesday: talk to her...

Wellness Wednesday: talk to her...

Cuz Everything You Do Or Say, You Gotta Live With EveryDay

In the lead up to, and direct aftermath, of my recent transplant surgery, community came through with messages and affirmations of a successful procedure and a complete recovery.

I love you two 👑💜🌻✨💥and you are so brave. Your story of these times are what makes us all proud and strong 💪🏾. Praying always for successful outcomes and the surgeon's hands move with God and ease for you both.
My prayers and the prayers of many family and friends are with you today. I know you are Divinely protected and will have a successful procedure. This is a blessing and it can only go as planned. Love you both. 🤲🏽☺️💜💜

As I prepare this note for Wellness Wednesday, I remind you to talk to your body with a healing message. Let your body know what you would like it to do, where you would like it to go. Give it a map forward.

In talking to our illnesses we put into the atmosphere an engine that propels our healing forward. Even now as we continue to heal, I receive reminders of holding my body space and my mind space in an active space of healing, in a school of healing. This recent affirmation from my sister T.W.

You don't want to take your body anywhere but forward. Talk to her.

Take your body forward; only, only forward. Talk to her.
