In wishing you a most abundant, prosperous healthy and peaceful year, we start today sharing a few photos from yesterday's impromptu soak.

I offer so much gratitude to everyone in attendance - Jenny & Shtira & Kareem & Kori & Glenda & Zuri & Jenea & Bam-Bam & Jeneé & Auntie Rhonda & Mama Nia & John & Nzi & Nef & Fatima & Joshua & Mama Veleda. Giving thanks to our collective wisdom shared and connections made .

As the new year begins we invite you choose a ritual or routine that matters to you or continue a ritual or routine that brings meaning to your day. Once you've got your chosen ritual or routine, ask yourself what feeling or value does this routine bring to me.

Is it peace, is it order, is it contentment or excitement? Write that down and place it on your fridge. This may just be a feeling that you could use so much more of.

Can you help us choose a logo for Body and Soak, our full moon circle? This is our soak circle that will meet monthly on the last Sunday, either virtually or in person.
